Brussels Sprouts Quiche
Stir-fry sliced onions in ghee until slightly golden.
Add some anchovies and let "melt" (or use anchovy paste).
Add coarsely shredded brussels sprouts, stir-fry some minutes.
Spread all onto a puff pastry sheet, douse with a mixture of mascarpone,
sour cream and egg (seasoned to your taste), bake and enjoy. :-)
